Exhibition: Brian Eno & David Tremlett | in collaboration with Galleria Michela Rizzo
COSMO opening | September 2020

COSMO was founded in September 2020 as an independent pilot project to re-configure part of the former Church of Saints Cosma and Damiano, into a prodution and creation space for sound, visual and performative projects.
Its baptise happened in collaboration with the Gallery Michela Rizzo and the two stellar artists to converge into the apse and create a site-specific installation called “Words/Song Songs/Word."

The triptych of paintings created by Tremlett remained on display for a month, surrounding the vase conceived by Brian Eno, in the center of the apse: a slender totemic presence that contained two stems ending in two speakers, integrating a component within the sculpture musical that dialogued with the natural acoustics of the place.
