In April 2023 we were asked to create a groundbreaking connection that could instantly teleport both sounds and images in real-time and high definition to Bucharest, allowing Sofia Pozdnyakova to improvize live with the cello of Gabriele Tai, located at Arcub, Bucharest’s cultural city center, within the project “Under the House” curated by Anca Muresan.

The video signal, majestically managed by Ruggero Romano, was then being projected in real time on stage, above Gabriele Tai, making Sofia appear on stage as a gigantic singing entity: in her voice, once could hear the reverb of Cosmo, as her singing was being re-amplified in the apse before being synced and sent to Bucharest.
